Halima Katun

Editor-in-Chief

Halima Ahmad Katun is a Nupe girl from Niger State, Nigeria. She developed love for books at an early age. She bagged her LL.B from Ahmadu Bello University where she was an avid member and executive of the Creative Writers Club, Kongo. She served as a Public Relations Officer, secretary and finally Head of Drama and Publicity. 

Fatima Salihu

Fatima Salihu is a young woman who has been described as a hurricane in her passion and dedication to Literature and Arts. A graduate of mathematics from Bayero University Kano, she has distinguished herself by delving into the Art world by having her works published both at home and abroad.

Hanifa Abdulrahman

Haneefah Abdulrahman is a writer, poet, spoken poetry artiste, interviewer and a podcaster. Born in Kaduna, Haneefah is an indigene of Kogi State. She is a fellow of Ebedi International Writers’ Residency. She is the Chairperson of Kaduna Branch, Hilltop Creative Arts Foundation, 2020/2021 Financial Secretary and editor of the Creative Writers Club, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria – Nigeria, and an Assistant Editor of Literature Voices. 

Hussaina Gimba

Hussaina Gimba Shabafu is a graduate of Biochemistry from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State. She is a Writer, Poet, book Reviewer even though she’s yet to be published. She is also a Banker. She is the assistant editor 2 of Literature voices and the secretary of the Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation, Abuja chapter. She loves writing and writes from Abuja.

Zakiyyah Dzukogi

Zakiyyah Dzukogi is the author of Carved (a poetry collection); winner of the Nigeria Prize for Teen Authors, 2021, a prize she had earlier won the second-place position in 2020. Her first work is a book of verses published when she was 10 years old (My Book of Poems). Her latest poetry collection is entitled: Winters and Summers.

Yusuf BM

Yusuf BM is a writer, poet, graphic designer, passionate photographer, spoken word artist, motivational speaker and prolific blogger. He is currently the Administrative secretary of HillTop Creative Arts foundation, member of the SEVHAGE Publishers, Raising New Voices, Nigerian Writers Forum, Literature Voices, as well as the CEO of Mammoth Spectrum Media and Yusuf BM Sickle Cell Foundation.

Olumide Ojo

Ojo Olumide Emmanuel is a Nigerian Poet, Teacher and Book Editor. He is the Author of the Poetry Chapbook & quotes; Supplication For Years in Sands & quotes (Polarsphere Books, 2021). His works have appeared and forthcoming at Feral, Quills, Poemify, Melbourne Culture,TNR and elsewhere. He currently curates the monthly Wakaso prize for Poetry and Abubakar Gimba, Prize for Short  Fiction. 

Adepoju Isaiah

Isaiah Adepoju studies Literature in English at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. Winner of HIASFEST Star Prize (2022), Chima Ugokwe Essay Prize (2021), Pengician Chapbook Prize 2021, and longlisted for Africa Writers’ Award (2020). He reads/writes for Patchwork Mag (US), Augment Review Mag (US).
